That Creative Drive #1

#1 How to Funky-fy your boring new trash bin.

I went to Ikea with my parents last night to get some necessities for my brother's wedding reception that will be held early next month."You need a trash bin" says my mother. So why not? In Ikea tradition, they like to block colour their products, so there was only the white one available.

Y U SO boring Ikea product?

Step 1) Use your creative drive and draw out patterns that you like on the bin with a pencil. If you can work directly with colours, go on ahead. Though tracing is recommended.

Step 2) Using the colouring tools that you have to colour in the design that you have traced out with pencil.

Bright colours will make your boring bin even more funky-er!
My colouring gear consist of Copic markers and Kurecolor markers. Well, I'm a planning student and I once used these for colouring a landscape plan. But they are now my trusty art pens for my random creative drive.

Step 3) Line out your completed colour patterns with a a black marker to shape the designs better.

Tada! Your trash bin is now funky-fied!

Okay this might be completely random on my part. But who cares!! XD
